[Forminator Pro] Pagination improvements

When adding page breaks, you have to add the page break where you want it and then scroll back to the top of the page to set the name of the page. Why can’t you set the name on the element in the form?

In addition, when adding the page break, the new page shows up in the incorrect order in the list of pages, it is one position off which requires you to cut the text from the old page and swap with the new “Page X” placeholder added. This is happening with the latest version of the plugin.

    Hi Brian Edward Bollard ,

Trust that you are doing well.

We appreciate this suggestion aiming to improve our plugins further. Having a way to set the name of the specific page directly instead of needing to scroll back to the top of the form can make the specific configuration more seamless.

Considering this, we have forwarded this as a new feature request to our relevant team. They will discuss and depending on some factors (e.g. user demands, complexity, compatibility) hopefully consider adding this in future updates. Just note that at this point, we can’t give any confirmation or ETA.

Rest assured, whenever important updates become available, we ensure to share them on our Roadmap. We recommend subscribing to our Roadmap for the latest information at: https://vvpmudew.com/roadmap/.

With regards to this point, we tested this on one of our lab sites and can’t replicate the page being one position off. Do you perhaps mean having the page break indicators start with Page 2 instead of Page 1? If so, that behavior is expected by current design, reason being Page 1 already begins at the top of form and the indicator for Page 2 would appear where Page 1 ends and Page 2 starts.

If you mean anything different, please do let us know and provide as much information about it so we can further review.

    Best Regards,
    Jasper
